Fractional CTO
Part-time technical leadership for a company that is not ready for a full-time one: roadmap, architecture, hiring, vendors and security.

Senior judgment, startup speed, without startup headcount. I run delivery like a small team, orchestrating AI agents for coding, testing and ops, and I own every decision from the cloud bill to the roadmap.
Where businesses get stuck
If that developer or that agency leaves, nobody can tell you what you actually own.
And nobody can explain why, so you stop asking and start accepting.
Servers waiting for traffic that never comes, paid every month.
Until a client, an investor or an auditor asks, and the answer is a shrug.
The MVP got shipped, the invoices got paid, and now every change is a new quote.
You are signing off on architecture, hires and tools with no one on your side of the table.
None of these is a people problem. They are what happens when a business grows faster than the system underneath it.
Services
Five ways to work with me. Each one has a defined scope, a start date and a single point of contact: me. I take on a few engagements at a time, so each one gets my direct attention.
Part-time technical leadership for a company that is not ready for a full-time one: roadmap, architecture, hiring, vendors and security.
From idea to a production system on AWS serverless, with CI/CD, infrastructure as code and quality gates from day one.
A clear read on what you already have: risks, costs, bottlenecks and a prioritised plan you can act on with your own team.
Agents, chatbots and computer vision that run in production, like the WhatsApp booking bot and the retail analytics pipeline I have shipped.
How I run delivery, installed in your product team: a diagnosis of how you build today, working sessions with your tech lead, and hands-on work on your real codebase until agents do the coding, testing and ops work and your people keep the judgment.
Every engagement is designed to end. The goal is not that you depend on me, but that your team can lead the technology and knows exactly what to ask for when it does need help.
Sectors
Most of my work has happened in businesses where operations are the product: a slow dispatch or a missed booking is lost revenue, not a bug report.
Seven years inside an assistance group: call-center operations, dispatch, a cloud migration for 200+ users and 50+ automated processes. I know how claims, providers and SLAs actually flow, and how to build platforms around them.
A multi-tenant booking SaaS serving more than 10K bookings, in-store traffic analytics with computer vision and a WhatsApp booking bot: software that runs the front desk of real locations.
How I work
I solve the real problem with the least machinery that survives contact with users. No over-engineering, no layers nobody will maintain.
You pay for what runs, not for servers waiting. CI/CD and quality gates exist before the first feature, not after the first outage.
AI agents do the coding, testing and ops work. The judgment, the architecture and the responsibility stay with a person.
Every change is covered and reversible. Speed comes from confidence, not from skipping steps.
I work alone or in small teams, with my own judgment and no hand-offs to hide behind. You tell me the goal; I take care of the path.
Every technical decision has a cost and a return. I think about the product, who uses it and who pays for it, not only the stack.

My story
Caracas, 2009. My first jobs were installing security cameras, alarm systems, access control and structured cabling, with network certifications in hand. The unglamorous layer everything else runs on.
From there: systems analyst automating workflows with SQL and scripts, head of technology integrating a whole group’s systems, and seven years inside an assistance group in Lisbon, first on the operations and finance side, then leading its cloud migration and digital transformation. In 2024 I took over all technology at 360Solved.
What that path taught me: a business rarely has an effort problem. It has a systems problem.
