How it works

The principle is the one I apply to my own work: agents write, a person reviews. AI agents do the coding, testing and ops work; the judgment, the architecture and the responsibility stay with your team.

That only holds on solid foundations, so the program puts them in place where they are missing:

• Nothing ships without tests and a way back. Every change is covered and reversible.
• CI/CD and quality gates exist before agents start shipping, not after the first outage.
• The smallest setup that holds, with no tooling or layers nobody will maintain.
